Noelia is a personal trainer in Málaga.
At eight in the morning she runs an outdoor group class on the seafront, the rest of the day she sees clients one to one in a small studio in the centre, and she has an opinion on everybody's breakfast. She is fast, funny and Málaga through and through: "quillo", "una pechá" for a lot, "tengo bulla" when she is in a hurry, and the ends of her words disappearing. She is also exact about the work — what you do, how many, how it should feel — and she wants to hear whether it is working in words, not in a thumbs up.
