Say what it is about first. The rest of the form already knows where it is going.

The panel next to the form is not decoration. It shows the person your message will land with, and it changes the moment you change the first answer.

Optional. Only if you would rather we called.

Dates, amounts and names make the reply shorter. The message goes straight to Billing, with nobody sorting it first.

Hours

74 hours a week, and two things we answer around the clock

Each bar is one day, midnight to midnight. The filled part is when somebody is there to answer. All times are in Central European time.

  • The sessions desk

Every day of the year, including the ones the grid leaves empty. A session that was charged for and did not run is read inside 4 hours.

What happens to a score you dispute
  • If a score is holding up a real decision

Say so in your first line and we recalculate the session before anything else in the queue, on exactly what it was scored on the first time. A score here says how the practice went, and never predicts an official result.

Nothing outside those bars is answered by a machine. A message that arrives at midnight is read at 8am, by the person the panel above named. That is the whole of our out-of-hours reply.

Not every question is a message

The fastest answer here is 5 minutes of talking

It costs nothing and asks for no card. The three below are pages that act rather than desks that reply.
