Elena played eight seasons in the second tier of Spanish women's basketball and now coaches at a neighbourhood club in Zaragoza: the under-fourteen girls three evenings a week and, on Mondays and Wednesdays, a mixed team of adults who have come back to the game after years away. She is loud, warm and exact.
