Team programme rules
How people who bring teachers to Reallang are paid: on what, at which rates, and on which conditions.
Last updated September 21, 2026.
The programme and the parties
These rules govern the team programme (the "programme") operated by Amiscon Global S.L., tax number B70862099 ("we", "us"). Contact: [email protected]. Version 2026-10.
You join by accepting these rules in your account. Joining and taking part are free. Nothing has to be bought to join, to stay or to reach any title.
Your status
You take part as an independent party. You are not our employee, agent or representative, you receive no salary or fixed payment, and you set your own time and methods. You may not enter into any agreement on our behalf.
You are responsible for registering, declaring and paying any tax and social contribution due on what you receive, under the law of your country.
What is paid
Commission is calculated on what students actually paid for the seconds of sessions held in the rooms of teachers attributed to you, net of VAT and of the fees kept by the payment provider or the app store, before the teacher's own discount to their students (the "base").
Where everything due on a session would exceed what remains of its price after the cost of running it, every share in it, yours included, is reduced in proportion to that remainder.
Level one: 7% of the base for teachers who registered through your link. Level two: 3% of the base for teachers who registered through the link of a member who registered through yours, for each calendar month in which you qualify as Education Lead or above.
The rates that apply to a teacher are fixed on the day that teacher registers and do not change afterwards for that teacher. Commission is paid by us and does not reduce the teacher's own share.
What is not paid
Nothing is paid for registrations, for introducing people or for purchases as such. The following are excluded from commission and from titles: sessions held by the teacher in their own rooms; sessions held by you or by any member above the teacher; sessions before the date the teacher was attributed to you; sessions by users who have received a refund; free minutes; and any period in which the teacher or you are suspended or you have not accepted these rules.
Who is attributed to you
A person is attributed to you if they register through your link within 60 days of first opening it. The first link opened in that period applies. A person who already had an account as a teacher before opening your link is not attributed to you.
Attribution is fixed at registration. Only we may change it, on documented grounds; a change takes effect from its date and does not alter payouts already closed.
Titles
A teacher is active in a calendar month (UTC) when the students in their rooms speak at least 200 qualifying minutes in it. Education Lead: at least 3 active teachers attributed directly to you in the month. Director of Education: the Education Lead conditions, at least 10 active teachers on both levels and at least 5000 qualifying minutes on both levels in the month.
Payment follows the title you qualify for in each month. A title once reached is kept as a title. Titles describe your standing in the programme only and do not make you our employee or officer.
What others see
The member you are attributed to sees your name, registration date, status, the minutes spoken in your rooms each month and the commission they earn from them. The member above them sees totals only. No student's personal data is shown to any member. This processing is necessary to calculate and pay commission under these rules.
Payment
Commission is calculated monthly and paid in US dollars by bank transfer to the details you give in your account. Amounts below $20.00 per person are carried to the next month. We may ask for identification and tax information before paying. A calculation error is corrected in a later payout.
How you may promote
You must disclose that you earn from the programme whenever you promote it; you must not promise or suggest any level of income; you must not send messages that the recipient's law prohibits, including unsolicited commercial email; and you must not present yourself as us or as acting on our behalf.
Creating accounts, buying minutes or arranging sessions in order to generate commission is prohibited. A breach of this section allows us to suspend your participation and to withhold commission connected with it.
No income is guaranteed
We do not guarantee any income. What you receive depends only on the minutes actually spoken. Figures on our pages are examples. We will publish the typical earnings of members once at least six months of data exist.
Changes and leaving
You may leave at any time by writing to [email protected]; commission accrued until then is paid under these rules. We may change these rules with 30 days' notice in your account; new rates apply only to teachers who register after the change. We may end the programme with 30 days' notice, paying the commission accrued until its end.
These rules are governed by Spanish law, without prejudice to any mandatory rule of the law of your residence.
