Creator programme rules

These rules govern the creator programme operated by Amiscon Global S.L., tax number B70862099 ("we", "us"). Contact: [email protected]. Joining and taking part are free; nothing has to be bought. You take part as an independent party, not as our employee, agent or representative, and you are responsible for any tax due on what you receive.

A person is your follower if they open your link and then create an account, or sign in to one that has never made a purchase, within 365 days. The first creator link they opened applies. A person who had already bought from us is not attributed to anybody.

You receive 20% of every purchase your follower makes in the 365 days after they became your follower, on the web or in our apps, calculated on what was actually paid, net of VAT and of the fees kept by the payment provider or the app store. Purchases made on a teacher's own page, and purchases that are refunded, are excluded. Your followers receive 10% off our own prices at checkout on the web, at our expense.

The share, the period and the discount that apply to you are those in force on the day you join and do not change afterwards for you.

Commission is calculated monthly and paid in US dollars by transfer to the details you give. Amounts below $20.00 are carried to the next month. We may ask for identification and tax information before paying.

You must label every promotion as advertising in the way the platform and the law require; you must not promise results or income; you must not send unsolicited messages, buy traffic under our name or present yourself as us. Creating accounts or buying in order to earn commission is prohibited. A breach allows us to suspend your participation and withhold the commission connected with it.

We do not guarantee any income. You may leave at any time by writing to [email protected]; commission accrued until then is paid. We may change these rules with 30 days' notice; changes apply only to creators who join after them. These rules are governed by Spanish law, without prejudice to mandatory rules of your country of residence.
